"The Wilting Woe is a flower that grows under harsh cold conditions. It tends to grow near dead or decomposing organisms.
It originally was gifted from Lady Hibi to Ibic due to the wars that occurred from Magoshi's prophecies.
The Wilting Woe typically dies after being plucked, yet the one discovered from Phinor is still alive. This is due to the possibility of future loss or death.
